NuLink is a decentralized platform that helps developers build privacy-preserving applications. It provides endpoint encryption and cryptographic access control, allowing sensitive data to be securely shared and stored on cloud or decentralized networks. Access is automatically managed using Proxy Re-Encryption or Attribute-Based Encryption, while Zero-Knowledge Proofs let users verify data sources without revealing details. For advanced needs, NuLink supports Fully Homomorphic Encryption to enable secure, privacy-focused data computation at the enterprise level

Problem Statement

The NuLink Staking Dashboard is designed to provide users with a seamless experience in managing their staking assets, privacy settings, and data encryption. The core challenge was to balance security and usability, making complex cryptographic transactions accessible to both novice and experienced users.

This case study outlines the design process, key challenges, and solutions implemented to create an intuitive and efficient staking experience in a privacy-focused Web3 ecosystem.


Problem Statement

With the increasing adoption of decentralized finance (DeFi) and privacy-preserving technologies, users need a simple yet powerful dashboard to:

✅ Monitor staking rewards and asset allocations

✅ Manage cryptographic security settings without complexity

✅ Seamlessly interact with staking, governance, and data-sharing workflows

Our goal was to streamline the experience while ensuring users feel in control of their privacy and security.

Design Goals

  • Simplicity & Clarity – Provide a clean UI that makes complex blockchain interactions easy to understand.

  • Efficiency – Reduce friction in navigating staking, governance, and security settings.

  • Trust & Transparency – Display real-time data and ensure users feel in control of their assets.

  • Visual Hierarchy – Use data visualization to help users quickly interpret staking trends and rewards.

  • Brand Alignment – Ensure consistency with NuLink's identity, leveraging dark-themed UI with purple gradients.

Final Design & Features

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a clear, real-time display of staking balances and annual percentage yield (APY), along with graphical breakdowns of earnings and token distribution. Security settings are prominently accessible, ensuring users can manage their accounts with confidence.

Staking and Governance

Users can stake or unstake tokens with a single click, and gain insights into their token allocation through detailed percentage breakdowns. The platform also supports participation in DAO voting and governance, making decentralized management straightforward.

Security and Privacy Management

Advanced privacy features such as Zero-Knowledge Proof and Proxy Re-Encryption are integrated, along with identity-based encryption controls for enhanced security. All staking transactions are end-to-end encrypted, safeguarding user assets and data.

User Testing and Feedback

Usability testing revealed that 80% of users found staking much easier compared to other Web3 platforms, and 90% valued the real-time visualization of staking rewards. Based on user feedback, navigation was streamlined by grouping similar functions, and tooltip explanations for privacy settings were improved to enhance clarity and ease of use.

The NuLink dashboard successfully bridges advanced privacy technology with user-centric design, making decentralized staking, governance, and security management accessible to a broad audience.
